Effective date: April 12, 2026 This policy explains what information noct collects, why it is used, how it may be shared, and what choices may be available.

Information we collect

  • Telegram account identifiers, usernames, chat interaction metadata, command usage, and support messages you send to the bot.
  • Wallet addresses, Safe addresses, deposit addresses, withdrawal destinations, transaction hashes, bridge status data, order data, portfolio data, copytrade settings, rewards, referrals, and related product records.
  • Service usage and security data such as device/browser details, IP address, approximate location from access records, account review actions, security events, and error reports.

How we use information

  • To provide account, wallet, trading, deposit, withdrawal, copytrade, rewards, referral, and support features.
  • To secure the service, detect abuse, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, enforce limits, comply with legal obligations, and resolve technical issues.
  • To improve product reliability, measure usage, communicate service updates, and maintain business records.

Public and on-chain data

Blockchain transactions, wallet addresses, market activity, and some Polymarket-related data may be public or observable through third-party services. We cannot delete or control public blockchain records.

Sharing

  • We may share information with service providers that help run noct, including hosting, analytics, monitoring, Telegram, wallet, bridge, blockchain access, market data, trading, and security providers.
  • We may share information when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, abuse investigation, or protection of rights.
  • We do not sell personal information as a standalone business model.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate noct, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal obligations, prevent abuse, preserve security records, and support wallet/trading history. Some records may need to be retained even after account inactivity.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect user information. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your Telegram account, devices, wallet keys, and exported private keys safe.

Your choices

  • You can stop using the bot at any time.
  • You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of information where applicable law gives you those rights.
  • Some requests may be limited by security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, or blockchain-record constraints.

Children

noct is not intended for children. Do not use noct if you are under the age required to use trading or financial services in your jurisdiction.
