Use this page when the bot is reachable but the current flow is not behaving the way you expect.
If you see:

Fix:
  1. Send /start
  2. Re-open 👛 Wallet
Common reasons:
  • amount is not a positive number
  • limit price is outside valid bounds
  • sell percentage is outside valid bounds
  • custom slippage is outside valid bounds
Fix:
  • try amount like 25 or 25.5
  • try limit like 42.5
  • use /settings if you want to adjust presets or default slippage
Try a broader query. For example, use USA politics instead of a full sentence.Very short messages, punctuation-only messages, and commands are ignored by search.
Usually this means the market has not reached your limit price yet.Try:
  1. Open 📑 Orders
  2. Cancel stale orders
  3. Re-submit with a new limit
Most common causes:
  • invalid leader wallet address
  • invalid sizing or exposure input
  • invalid custom price range or slippage value
Check:
  • the trader wallet is still active
  • you refreshed 🧭 Leaders
  • you are checking active copier count, not just ROI
Common causes:
  • insufficient balance
  • invalid 2FA code
  • 2FA not set up yet
  • destination cooldown still active
  • review expired
For bridged withdrawals, an invalid destination format can also fail review. Double-check that the address matches the chain you selected.
