Deposits

This page covers both the normal funding flow and the recovery/status flow for delayed deposits.

Wallet screen

Path: 👛 Wallet This is where you see:
  • wallet address
  • balance
  • deposit entry point
  • recent withdrawal requests
  • current max fee range
  • security shortcuts

Deposit flow

Path: 👛 Wallet➕ Deposit The current deposit flow is a chain selector followed by a chain-specific detail screen. The bot provides reusable deposit addresses for:
  • Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, and BNB Chain
  • Solana
  • Bitcoin
  • direct Polygon USDC.e
Each chain screen shows:
  • the deposit address near the top of the screen
  • the current minimum bridge amount for that source chain
  • the supported source tokens for that route
  • copy buttons for the address
  • a short chain-specific note
Use the address type that matches the network you are sending from. For bridge routes, funds sent to that deposit address bridge into your Polygon trading wallet automatically. For direct Polygon deposits, only USDC.e is supported. Do not send normal Polygon USDC to the direct Polygon route.
Bridge minimums and supported tokens come from the live bridge route data. Check the bot before sending funds.

Deposit updates

The bot pushes status updates as deposits progress.

If a deposit is delayed

Use /recover. Keep these details ready for support:
  • source network
  • transaction hash
  • amount
  • UTC timestamp
Use /recover in the bot to:
  • check the live status of your current deposit addresses
  • collect the right support details if a transfer still looks wrong
  • recover supported Polygon mistakes such as native POL or Polygon USDC
